1. I just want to handle things properly. I’ve seen how sometimes things get messy or unorganized, and I feel I can manage it better and keep everything running smoothly.
2. I’ve been in the gang for a while so I kinda know what usually goes wrong. Sometimes people don’t listen, plans get messed up, or no one takes things seriously. I just want to handle that better and keep things under control.
3. I like being active and doing things instead of just standing around. If I become leader I’ll make sure there’s always something going on, like turf fights or small plans, so people don’t get bored and actually enjoy playing RP.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. As i said i will take the RolePlay quality higher level to a never seen before, First of all I will be focus the Events not the Turfs, I will do max amount of events with no verbals per day. I wont hire everyone to the gang I will check everyone's knowladge and give their rank of it. Everything will be fair and clear, people will get what they deserved.
2. I will hire very good deputies and under deputies with good pasts so they will always manage the hard situations with their good knowladge.
4. High bonuses with good pay system, everything will be fair and people will get what they deserved with it.
5. I wont take any excuses for a their mistakes there is no mistake chance everyone will be need to give their 100% to what are they doing.
