To the Administrators,

As clearly shown in the POV at timestamp 17:16 the scene begins where I step outside the DOC after going off duty At that exact moment I was immediately detained by an FIB agent without any valid reason or prior interaction.
No explanation or justification was provided at the time of detention. Furthermore, the agent failed to inform me of my rights, which is a direct violation of GR 6.4. At no point was I told the reason for my detention or any charges against me Such actions demonstrate improper procedure and an abuse of authority, as they lack both legal grounds and adherence to basic protocol. I respectfully request that you review the POV and take appropriate action.

you got your reason and this issue was resolved with your HC after we had a meeting with them as I said the issue was addressed with higher ups for your reason of detention First of all you are in civilian clothes in a Prison how are we able to identify in our eyes you’re clearly trespassing there’s your reason no interaction needed as far as rules go anyone trespassing and getting detained. For your Miranda there was no need as you were begin detained until we identify you Miranda is only read when you are actually getting arrested

it wasen't FIB's mistake it was more youre mistake any law enforcement deserves the right to detain any civilian if they have Valid reason in your case they had valid reason which is trespassing so they deserve the right to detain you until they find out who you are it is my business to say anything in this thread since am involved and to correct you we never applogized to you stop acting hard cause you look like an absolute child what are you 2 ? grow up already it was your mistake not ours and ill make sure to talk to your high command again to adresess this disrespect matter towards FIB secondly high command wasen't detained cause he was inline and following all the rules he was in uniform and he apologized to us on your behalf and he said he will take care of stop lying in forums your not him lmao

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
No GR 6.4 seen in the evidence.
This is an IC issue, you have to deal with it ICly by making a case file with DOJ.
However, Thread Owner ID 178902 will receive a punishment for Powergaming + Mixing.​
