I wouldn't necessarily say it's a "wrong" decision, but perhaps a review of a decision Arpit has made.

Reviewed - DM, MK, GR 3.3 | 517779

517719 killed me in a non-green zone without any RP or demands (DM). While I was unconscious, he then Mercy Killed me (Rule 6.13). He and his friend were also speaking a foreign language in IC (Rule 3.3).

I believe the player 517779 should've also received punishment for

6.13 along with the 6.3, 6.15 player 517779 received.
