I'm here to complain about the unjust punishment I received. Yesterday, we were at FIB HQ, when one of the agents had a beef with some members of our group. He started to ask them to leave the HQ while we are waiting the Leader to come to invite them, and everyone began acting Toxic. However, this Toxicity was within the game there were no OOC insults. I might have done one thing, which was saying, "Come to Discord" which is considered mixing , but I don't understand why I received Provoking + Toxicity.
While I also believe the punishments are unfair, let's imagine if I had actually done this. Provoking could result in jail time or a warning, but as for toxic behavior, since it was within the game, there was no issues with it. So why am I receiving a 7 day ban from Snapy? Furthermore, the evidence wasn't posted on the forum created against us. Don't we also have the right to see the evidence from the person who reported us.
Please review this. I believe, in fact 100% certain, that what I did doesn't lead to a 7-days ban.
As I mentioned, the only mistake I made was mixing , and that wasn't mentioned in the penalty. I spoke with Snapy on DMs, and he said, "There was a part where you asked him to be a man and join Discord." So he knows I was Mixing , yet that wasn't mentioned in the penalty. I'll include here proof of what Snapy said.
