Life story:
Alex was born in norway for 32 years ago, his family was not rich and they where not poor, they where in the middle like many others, When Alex grew up and where around 14 years old they went on a family trip to have some time away from the real world THEY went to brazil.
What they did not know was that they where entering a dangerous area, Cuz they met a person who said he was a tour guide and he was quite convinsing. Further on in there trip they got on a bus with the tour guide what they did not know was that he was taking them to the ghetto. when they got there it was many people outside the bus waiting for them!.
they took them inside a building asking them for all there belongings but Alexs dad refused to cuz this was HIS old gang, they wanted now to take revenge on him for leaving the gang to make a new life.
Alexs dad told Alex to sneek away and hide, So Alex did that. The next second he heard 2 shots he was so scared he closed his eyes, 1 hour passed and he decided to go back and see what happend, there he saw his parents dead with one bullet in eachother, Alex was crying and couldent stop hugging his parents.
he took his final goodbye and went. he went to the police, they sended him back to norway, there barnevernet took care off him until he was 18 years old.
Career story:
When Alex turned 18 he had nobody he had nothing but him self and the memories about his parents.
He needed to get money he worked as a server,taxi,even doing illegal task from the gang for money.
when he saved up money he boughjt a ticket to the country with Opportunities USA.
Los Santos: when he came to los Santos he got greeted by a tour guide he greeted her nicely, But he did not fotget about last time.
They where the same age and both off them had feelings for eachother, She opend up that she did this GIG for money and also helped the Gang, That got Alex attention cuz he has also done that in his homeland he said.
years had passed and finaly the gang said you have helped us alot NOW JOIN US! they said Alex agreed. so he did all illegal things with them he aslo learned good fighting skills. But one day Alex said to the head off the gang. i wanna join the police and help the gang from inside the SHAP. The boss agreed,So they helped Alex into the academy. he worked hard every day to pass, And when the exam day came he Passed!!
he worked very hard everyday to get high command inside the SHAP
the day came and he was exhausted,He worked very hard for this and finily it was here the promotion.
now that he is Chief Of Staff for the SHAP he feel untouchable,
Now its hes time to help the GANG!!

1 . alex can take guns from suspects insted for money to let them go2. alex can lie about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
3. alex don't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures.
4. alex can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with his family members. ( No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ)
5. alex can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation
6. alex can use illegal items like drugs/illegal weapons while on and off duty.
7.alex can take bribes up to 100K.
8. alex can deny his ID to anyone if it is going to benefits his org.
9. alex can go to black market when his off duty to sell his illegal weapons
10. alex can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets/backpacks to get them arrested (With proper RP and IC Reasons).
