i was in ghetto when this ballas gang try to rob me and after they patch me i use the horn to let them freeze on there place to i can escape but after i do it i receive warn from admin and i respect his decision
and the reason i do complaint because i think thats is the usage of thats horn
so i ask you to check if its correct decision and this is my pov of situation POV
