Why should I be unbanned?

Hi Mazhor, I was banned by Vincent because of General Rule 1.4, I played on a friend's twink then I was banned for rule 1.4 but then my main account was also permanently banned although it usually says that only the twink gets a perma and the account with the highest level only gets 60 days , but I got a perma on both accounts.
