Hello, I am an LSPD employee. I was patrolling when a guy started hitting my car and as I went to catch him, he ran away into the ghettos and we LSPD employees are not allowed to go alone into the ghettos and I have repeatedly asked him to pull over but even then this guy did not stop, he made the mistake again and again.
