Hello chiefs !
So i posted a forum yesterday for Fail RP and RDM

As you can clearly see that first he started shooting at me without deman after that i can do counter shooting without demand i didnt need demand to shoot tham, but you saathwik king punished me too which is not good i follow all the rule,I let tham first shoot.

6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

there is not any mention that if guy started shooting at you at that time you have to give tham demand to stop shooting, I didnt need to give tham demand to shoot tham back if they started shooting
