Hello, I am an LSPD employee. I was patrolling when a guy was overspeeding. I pulled him over 3 times but he did not stop. Then I blocked the engine of his car and then he get out of car and start open firing and suddenly his friend appear how did this guy's friend know that I am come to arrest his friend and his start hitting me with his bike also This means that these two are doing metagaming.
