As seen in the provided footage at timestamp 1:44, a portable market stall was placed directly on top of my character, completely restricting my movement within the Green Zone. Immediately after, at 1:47, ID 389203 issued an order to me, saying "Sir with the skater jeans, you need to show me your passport real quick," without identifying himself as a member of any legal organization or providing any RP justification.
Following this, at 1:56, the market stall was removed and immediately replaced on top of me again by the same player. Throughout the video, ID 389203 is also heard laughing and speaking in a foreign language, violating the server's communication rules.
In this short duration, it is clear that ID 389203 committed multiple violations including PG and FL in GZ. I kindly request you to review the evidence and take the necessary disciplinary actions.
