I received a GR1.4 ban, the penalty being a 60-day ban for my main account and permanent bans for my secondary accounts. Mike Tank mistakenly permanently banned my main account and my secondary account for 60 days. I request that the ban on my main account be changed to 60 days and the ban on my secondary account be changed to permanent so that my assets, money, and items are not lost.
