Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Past Experience: first but not the last i am having plenty of experience in the illegal orgs like vagos, families, marabunta as an deputy, i was leader of SAHP and Deputy director as well. i made each and every term successful whether its my own or anyone's else, build a good relationship with many people throughout the years and made my aim clear.
2. Make Ghetto More Dangerous: Nowadays people are not that much afraid of the ghetto, so here i comes making the ghetto strong again where people will do dangerous activities and will be active every single time whether its day or night, my main mission is to focus on this thing as its our priority. will make sure that people gonna get afraid while entering the ghetto.
3. To Popularize the red: My aim here will be that i'll make red color popularize again, where people gonna see red as the best gang in the ghetto and city, with the most active members here i try to do that. will market it as the best illegal place to work in, a gang which overshadows others at the time.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. Ensue of rp commands: Will ensue that people will able to follow the procedures made and make them use the rp commands here in the city to make it more realistic.
2. Regular bonus distribution: To get that real vibe, im gonna spent a lot of money on my gang to push people perform roleplay in the org and to motivate the new citizens
3. Ensue of Chain of Command: Will ensure that my guys should be following the chain of command and maintain the hierarchy like in real and dont disrespect any body at all .
