Dear Admin,

Please review the victim’s POV at timestamp 0:15. The person did not enter the perimeter, yet the victim began shooting from inside the perimeter toward an outside member. If the suspect had actually entered, their screen should have shown the message “Leaving the area in 5 seconds,” but that did not happen, indicating they never entered the state-controlled area.

Secondly, you handled the ticket from the EN2 server, while you are an EN1 admin.
