Good afternoon,
I got my account banned in 2024 for some reason, and I was gonna start playing the ENG 1 server today with some friends, but it says my social club was blocked by "blacklisted hacking account" when, first of all, I have been an admin of the portuguese server back when it launched (I will leave proof of all of this) and second of all, never have I cheated in this game, or I intend to, didn't even play back in 2024, my most active time was 2021, and 2022 as an admin, I left the server and was only coming back now, here are the prints:
By the way, I also tried writting this on my actual Grand RP Forum account that appears in the prints, but I lost my authenticator app because I switched phones, and I can't get in it!
I HAVE CONTACTED YOUR EMAIL SUPPORT AND THEY TOLD ME TO OPEN A SECOND THREAD, I DID NOT PLAY BACK IN 2024!
(I have gotten a reply saying you do not re-establish social club, but please understand I couldn't have cheated because I literally stopped playing in 2022!)
PS: If you have a way of looking at the logs from the portuguese server back in 2022, you can check my account as an admin: ID 23 Akuma Sato
