Everytime i go to hq this guy is provoking me either punching or shooting me. if you know thsi guy you already know he is a consistent problem, been warned multiple times for this and never stops. a history of rule breaking.

this has happened multiple times. and every single time i go to HQ this guy shooting or punching me exactly like in the video
