this Admin 159478 didn't ban player 227844 for the actual matter of report, i reported him for using macro, i also been calling player 227844 in game voice chat and he wasn't answering me; after calling admin 159478 admin to report player 227844 for GR 4.1 he only punished him for capital letters and not taking the GR 4.1 in concideration
