I hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you that I was traveling and had taken a break from the game. When I returned, I found that my account had been banned under the Napal Anti-Cheat system.
I kindly ask you to review my case and consider lifting the ban from my account. I sincerely promise that this will be the last time any issue occurs, although I honestly do not know what this ban specifically refers to.
