I think the admin gave the wrong punishment and I am upset about this happened in front of the LI building after I took an interview, so can people come to LI building and insult women? I think the punishment needs to be stricter. Is this talk acceptable for you? The videos longer version is in the link.

The admin says that the person was already punished. Theres no punishment twice for Sexual Harassment.
