2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, I have gained enough experience to take on a leadership role in the city; I have seen, learnt and been directly involved in many things. NG is inactive, and sometimes there are very few people even at FZ raids this means that nothing is stable and there is no structure. I want to resolve this issue and bring structure to NG under my leadership.
In other words, being active does not mean having 10 people attend one event and 0 people attend another.
Secondly, there is a certain perception regarding the National Guard. When we say we are joining the National Guard, people say things like, “Why do you want to join the National Guard?”, “The people there know nothing, it’s a bad place.” Of course, none of this has anything to do with the NG. No organisation is bad; what is bad is the leadership’s management. I will be a good leader and I will solve this problem. So I will break down this prejudice
Another reason is the high level of nepotism within the NG and the injustice caused by this nepotism; this situation is undermining the morale of the soldiers. As a result, soldiers are either leaving the NG or becoming inactive. To resolve this, I will implement significant reforms
My final reason is that soldiers are constantly facing criminals. Gangs can raid the FZ at any moment can break out or can be stole truck ammo For this reason soldiers must remain constantly on alert nothing must distract them, because if their attention wanders, the gangs can exploit these weaknesses. I want the National Guard to remain constantly on alert.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
Low activity in NG is due to the low standard bonus system and leaders not incentivising participation in events by contributing less from their own pockets. To resolve this, I will contribute bonuses from my own pocket and pay a higher bonus from my own pocket to the person on duty each week and to those participating in events.
I will carefully select the people I will take in order to avoid breaking the rules, meaning that if someone wants to be in high command, they cannot do so without my approval.
Just as one person should not interfere in another's work, if there is a complaint that one department should not interfere in another department's work, it will come to me or MP, and we will take action accordingly.
If I become the leader, these will be my departments
HR: They will recruit new members for the organization, but they will be selective. They will provide training and will be personally supervised by me. They always be active. They will be the most important department of my organization.
MP: They will conduct audits to check for any rule violations and take appropriate measures accordingly. They will carry out strict audits and these audits will occur suddenly at uncertain times and they will takes action
Air force: They will transport soldiers to events, patrol, obtain advance information on incidents such as FZ Raids, conduct constant aerial patrols, and only selected individuals will be in this department.
Black Ops: Thir main task manage specops do specops only people who have passed the tests can be swat they will fight crime the bonuses will be high and they will imporment for NG And if truck will stole, they will be the first to intervene
PR: Thir main task organise events to establish close relations with the public gather public opinions and be closely connected with the public to keep them away from crime. Their goal will be to organise one event per day.
