1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Over my time in the city, I’ve had the opportunity to fully experience RP from multiple perspectives. I’ve been part of state organizations, gangs, LifeInvader, and even unofficial groups. From playing as a law-abiding citizen grinding for money, to enforcing the law as a police officer, and even experiencing the criminal side through robberies, hostage situations, and raids. I feel that I’ve explored most aspects of RP that the server offers.
Because of this, I’m now ready to take the next step and contribute in a different way. Becoming an admin has always been a goal of mine, and over time I’ve made a conscious effort to learn and understand the server rules in depth. In my free time, I even review complaint cases and their evidence, analyzing what the appropriate decisions or punishments should be. This has helped me develop a fair and objective mindset when it comes to rule enforcement.
More importantly, I’m motivated by the idea of helping maintain a fair, balanced, and enjoyable environment for everyone. I want to support the community behind the scenes by enforcing rules properly, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that players have the best possible experience on the server.

3. What are your strengths?
My strengths are communication, decision-making, and adaptability. I’m confident in handling player concerns calmly and fairly while ensuring rules are followed. I focus on clear and direct communication, which helps in resolving situations efficiently. I’m also adaptable and able to stay composed in fast-paced or unexpected scenarios, allowing me to make consistent and objective decisions as an admin.
Additionally, as a freelance full stack developer and automation engineer, I can also provide support to players with technical issues, offering an added layer of assistance when needed.
4. What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I can be overly detail oriented at times, which may slow me down when making decisions. However, I’ve been working on balancing accuracy with efficiency by prioritizing key information and making timely decisions when needed.
Another area I’m improving on is being overly cautious when handling situations, as I want to ensure fairness. Over time, I’ve been building more confidence in making firm decisions based on the rules while still staying objective.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring strong communication, fair decision making, and solid rule knowledge to the admin team. With my background in handling different types of people, I’m able to stay calm, deescalate conflicts, and address player concerns professionally. I also have a good understanding of the server rules and can apply them consistently and objectively in different situations.
In addition, I bring a problem solving mindset, allowing me to quickly assess situations, review proofs, and take appropriate action. I’m also reliable and can be counted on to handle responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for the community.

I’d like to add that I’m genuinely committed to contributing positively to the server and the community. I take responsibilities seriously and always aim to be fair, consistent, and respectful in every situation. I’m also open to feedback and continuously improving, as I understand that being an admin is a learning process.
Additionally, I can be relied on to stay active and responsive when needed, and I’m willing to put in the time and effort required to support both the players and the staff team effectively.
