2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
If I become the leader of the National Guard, my main priority would be strengthening recruitment and improving the quality of training. A well trained team performs better, responds faster, and handles responsibilities more efficiently. I’d also maintain strict standards and discipline to ensure everything runs in a structured and reliable way
I was very strict about my work and received a lot of appreciation. This experience gives me the confidence to become a General of the National Guard
I want to be the National Guard's leader because I have a lot of experience working for state org and I know what it takes to effectively manage tasks and lead a team. I don't need to start from scratch because I already understand the pressure and expectations and how to deal with them. My objective is to use that experience to deliver one of the most effective and well-managed terms while bolstering the National Guar
As a Leader I will encourage team members to continuously give their best efforts while ensuring that they feel appreciated and respected. I will ensure that every soldier to participate in better, more realistic roleplay, I will ensure that they are all properly trained in using RP commands. In order to keep everything organized and on track, I will simultaneously assemble and manage a powerful High Command team. In order to guarantee equity, prevent internal disputes, and uphold general discipline within the company, they will also keep a careful eye on hiring procedures
