Dear Administration,
I am filing this formal complaint regarding multiple rule violations including Car Ramming (CR) and Random Deathmatch (RDM) that occurred during an active situation.
While I was returning to my HQ, I spotted an ongoing ATM robbery. As I approached to intervene, the following events transpired:

• Car Ramming (CR): ID 531446 intentionally rammed my vehicle twice. Shortly after, ID 398096 also rammed me to obstruct my movement.
• Interference & Escaping: I began a pursuit and managed to block their engine. While I was issuing demands, ID 398096 repeatedly rammed my car to help ID 531446 escape from the scene.
• RDM (Random Deathmatch): After the escape, ID 398096 stepped out of his vehicle and shot me dead without any prior demands or valid RP reason.
• Mass RDM: Following my death, two separate citizens tried to assist, and ID 398096 killed both of them without any interaction.
• Further CR: When a third civilian arrived to help, ID 531388 began ramming their vehicle as well.

Rule Violations:​

1. CR: Intentional ramming by IDs 531446, 398096, and 531388.
2. RDM: Killing me and multiple civilians without demands by ID 398096.
   
   I request you to review the provided footage and take the necessary disciplinary action against these players.
