Hello. My account was stolen before the ban.

I had already created a support ticket about my account being stolen. When I recovered the account today, I saw that it was banned for Cheats DC/PC Check.

At the date of the ban (22.03.2026) the account was not in my control.

Please check the IP logs and my previous ticket.
