The story starts in late 90s in vice city when a group of gangsters emerged in the lead of Finley they did drug trafficking , gun dealing and many more illegal shit under the name of Red Mafia but as 2000s was coming near police started doing encounters and Red Mafia started facing huge loss and they decided to change their location and shifted to Los Santos they made their way but wasn't able to succeed so they made a allies and joined Bloods Brother but after serving for 20 years in Bloods Brother Finley decided to take control and he was offered leadership of Blood Cartel after that they started in Vagos side and made a good income because of their informers in LEOs to take hostage and get money. Currently Blood Cartel operates in a similar method to which it did before, only with more vigor and fortitude. Pulling in good cash from drug trafficking, kidnapping people, killing on contracts, hijacking Leos vehicles and much more things.But we were not Blood Cartel every time it was a name given from citizens to us because we act like wolfs who just wants flesh and blood.

-Establish a constant weapon / narcotic supply

- become the strongest family in the city
- Gain other families respect
- Control the ghetto

3: Soldier: Soldiers are the trained combat group that work under Assassins and take over big territories & other Family houses (Raids)
2: Member: Members are the New guys they have to gain trust to upgrade there ranks.
1: Prospect: Fully new guys who don't know anything about the city so they are sent to the Recruiter to take the basic trainings.
