Despite growing up in the rougher districts, Ivan was sharp. He had a natural instinct for reading people who was lying, who was scared, who was dangerous. He spent his teenage years fighting off older kids who tested him, which hardened his body and sharpened his reflexes into something close to a weapon. By 17, Ivan had already developed a reputation in his block - not as a criminal, but as someone who could handle himself and didn't back down. He had seen what corruption looked like from the outside all his life, police who looked the other away, officials who pocketed money, systems that were supposed to protect people but bent for the right place. 1) Ivan can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
