Hello, To the reviewing admin Hope your doing!

I would like to start off with the they had no police sirens/lights on and they we crashing/slamming into me.

Secondly they gave no demands of shooting as u can see all they said was "Pullover" then continued to step out and shoot personally I think they should be punished for something if this is not enough proof I do have more.

Sorry for the inconvenience of this situation.
