we were Defending money printer this player came to take it drives straight into our drive way so we shoot him then he drives back out of the drive way then he decides to walk back into the drive way after being shot for entering our property while we are defending so i shot and killed him. this is not the first time this day the player had come to try and steal it. he is lying when he says he wanted to say "hello" our familys fight for printer all the time and he entered our drive way we have been told once a person enters our property while we are defending we can kill them he entered all the way into our drive way twice this is fear rp and provoking.

In this specific situation, the person was simply driving and was unarmed. There was no valid reason to kill them on sight. But 472446 will be punished for Fear RP, as they continued to walk through the property even while being threatened with guns and after having already been shot.
