2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans : As i ran a SAHP term with the most activity and leading the city with very good relations with other organizations i gained experience of how a Org works and what you need to make it active. After working as a Sheriff and protecting city i always dreamed of becoming a Chief of Police and wanted to work with Los Santos because as a Sheriff i protected the Sandy shores and Paleto Bay but now i want to Protect city so i think that LSPD will be a Good choice for me.
2. In my time as a Sheriff i noticed a thing that Leaders leading LSPD is not how its meant to be leaded i have seen that the Leaders are there for just the power not thinking to make their org active if i get a chance to lead LSPD my main goal will be towards its TD department because i think the more LSPD patrols in city the Less the crime rate is and after TD department my focus will be towards the HR department beacuse if we train the Leos the Best they will never rulebreak and thats why i will have the most trusted and most experienced Leo for these departments.
3. The last reason i like LSPD is because of its HQ in the city the beautiful HQ with the beautiful Cars.If i get the Leadership of LSPD i will have the most trusted and Experienced deputies so they can manage in my absence.I will have a daily IC event from which the Citizens are attracted and will Join my Org.I have a full team ready to support me if i get LSPD term.And i will try my best to end it with 0 Warns and 0 Verbals.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Daily IC events to attract Citizens.
2. Good bonus to my team so they dont get offended
3. No nepotism or favouriteism
4. Friendly enviroment among all
5. Experienced Deputies will be hired
6. Will have promotion cermony every week so my team is motivated.
7. No toxicity
8. I will make sure LSPD is patrolling daily to decrease the crime rate.
