1. During my time on the server, I have worked in several state organizations and have had the opportunity to serve as Deputy Chief of Police, Lieutenant General, and more. I have learned how the organization functions and how to operate it effectively, even in the worst scenarios. I strongly believe that hard work leads to success, and I will inspire my officers to work diligently and with a calm mind.
2. I would like to be the leader of the Los Santos Police Department. I believe that this organization should be the ground support force for the citizens. Police forces should have power and, at the same time, respect. My aim is not only activity and having a lot of numbers during events, but also to enforce proper law and order and proper coordination during operations, and everybody should have mutual trust and understanding of their duties.

2. I would like to be the leader of the Los Santos Police Department. I believe that this organization should be the ground support force for the citizens. Police forces should have power and, at the same time, respect. My aim is not only activity and having a lot of numbers during events, but also to enforce proper law and order and proper coordination during operations, and everybody should have mutual trust and understanding of their duties.
3. To avoid any kind of misunderstandings, I would focus more on the internal structure and the proper allocations of ranks and departments so that there would be no favouritism, and would maintain proper communication with the High commands. I would insist on a professional attitude at all times because I believe a leader should set an example of behavior and conduct at all time.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I would introduce mandatory internal RP protocols from the way of presenting, using the radio, writing Citations, to behavior in stressful situations.
2. I would organize special theme days (e.g. increased controls, working on busts and undercover operations) to avoid the monotony of patrolling and create more interesting stories on the server.The goal is for each shift to have a purpose and plan, and not just to respond to calls.
3. I would also introduce a mentor system where more experienced members would work with new ones for the first few days. In this way, knowledge would be transferred, but also the standard of behavior. When a new member learns from the start how a law enforcement officer should look like, the entire organization will gain seriousness in the long run.
4. i would also bring Proper Logs Management in the officers so that there will be proper data for each fine and arrest done.
5. i would also conduct many Public events like car show drag race for the citizens and have press conference and keep an good image with the public
6. Finally, I would encourage members to suggest ideas for duty and scenarios themselves. When people feel that they are participating in the worksof the organization. there motivation and creativity will grow.
