Dinki Baddie came up hard in Bengaluru's rough alleys back in the mid-90s Karnataka days, when monsoons turned everything to mud and laws didn't mean squat against real power ,money and who you knew. He saw goondas shank rivals and walk free after slipping cops some cash, while folks like his family got hammered for small time gigs. Dinki Baddie got the lesson young connections beat rules. At age 10, he was running booze and bikes around bengaluru dodging raids with a smile and a bribe. Scars on his knuckles from Road fights showed him how to survive that is talk sweet or swing hard.He gets old he becomes ruthless , one day he came across an random guy who stabbed him out of no where and gets kidnapped. When Dinki Baddie woke up and he realised he was in LOS SANTOS , He could barely get up he asked the nurse about his situation and nurse said dont know that is when he had a short recap of the situation in his mind and fainted in the bed. He wakes up to a sudden noise and sees around and finds the guy who kidnapped him in the room and there was a mysterious guy who was also standing with him staring right into Dinki Baddie 's eyes. The mysterious guy says " you are in debt to me for the rest of your life " and he even tells " You have to pay me 500K every week or else you're dead meat " listening to this Dinki Baddie has mixed emotions.Dinki Baddie thought he will escape but the passport and all his documents are with the mysterious guy and theres no way for him to get out of this situation.
After a week he gets out of the pillbox hill hospital and finds job in los santos.

Dinki Baddie had to start somewhere , he became the best taxi driver quickly in the city. It was a gloomy night and Dinki Baddie was doing this taxi job as usual and this gov official get in the taxi during the commute the official offers job toDinki Baddie after hearing his life story. he worked in gov for few months and then became deputy director in the government. Dinki Baddie 's career took off faster than anyone expected from the moment he joined the government, he had an instinct for reading people knowing who to scare, who to bribe, and who to save for later. His record was spotless, his response times precise, and his reports airtight. Everyone looked up to him, the kind of official who made headlines for all the right reasons but beneath that polished reputation, Dinki Baddie ran the city like a chessboard. Every gang, every hustler, every politician had a place and he moved them as he pleased. When it suited him, he wore the badge with pride, enforcing law like it meant something. On darker days, he bent those same laws until they screamed. He’d crush rivals under legal weight or let them vanish quietly into the system.

5- Dinki baddie can cuff people/leos to break their bodycams ( /try and /do commands twice per situation) and/or kill them if his identification is at risk. (Valid Reason) (no targeting, no PG)
