2.1: EMS was my first organization i have been in this ORG for a very long time and i also like this org so much. I gained a lot of experience so i want to use that experience for making EMS Better.
2.2: I have past experience in EMS as a Deputy Chief. I will make it more active and a fun ORG.
2.3: As an EMS leader i will try my best where i will support and guide properly to EMS members. Also i will ensure a fair and equal chance to everyone. I will improve teamwork and make their work worth it.
2.4: I will make sure that lobbies will be Covered 24/7 and also i will organise more giveaways to appreciate the employees hardwork and their dedication.
2.5: I will bring more active employees and FTOs and highcommands. It will make it easy to handle the trainings and the Highcommad things easily.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1: Teaching high level of roleplay to every employee so that they can talk to patients in more effective way.
3.2: Performing surgeries in more efficient way. Each and every patient will get their proper surgery.
3.3: I will make sure to do regular health checkups by their blood tests with the help of state wave.
