Hello Lebron,
I was banned after a PC check, and I honestly feel it was unfair. I had over 200M worth of items on my account, and the only thing I did before this was ask a question related to Redux in a ticket. After that, I was teleported and eventually banned.
I’m not asking to be unbanned, and I’m not upset about losing the account since it’s just a game. The main reason I’m writing this is to share my experience with the PC check process. From a player’s perspective, it feels very unclear and difficult to understand.
During the check, I felt like I wasn’t properly listened to. Instead of trying to understand my point, it seemed like everything was being blamed on me and eventually they are making fun on me without consideration which admin does that ?. I was also interrupted multiple times, which made it hard to explain myself. If there had been better communication and listening, I believe the situation could have been different.
