2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

  • Real Experience: I’ve spent most of my time in the city working with State orgs, especially the LSPD. I’ve been in High Command before, so I’ve seen everything from the inside. I know what works, what causes problems, and how to keep a department running smoothly. I just want to take all that experience and use it to make LSPD the best it can be.
  • Building a Real Community: For me, it’s not just about having a "faction"—it’s about making sure people actually have fun when they log in. I want to build a respectful environment where officers enjoy their time, and where we have a clean, non-toxic relationship with both the citizens and other state organizations.
  • Leading by Example: I’m not the type of leader who stays in the office all day giving orders. I like to be on the ground, doing patrols in the Ghetto and showing the new recruits how things are done. If my officers are out there working hard, I’ll be right there with them.

3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization:

  • Hands-on Training: Instead of just reading rules, I want to focus on daily coaching. We’ll practice real situations, like high-speed chases and hostage scenes, so every officer knows exactly what to do. This keeps the RP professional and realistic for everyone involved.
  • Rewards for the Grind: Motivation is key. I’ll make sure promotions are 100% based on how active and helpful an officer is, not just because they’re "friends" with someone. We’ll have weekly meetings to hand out bonuses and talk about how we can improve as a team.
  • Less Drama, More Cooperation: Good RP depends on how we deal with other orgs. I plan to stay in touch with other state leaders to make sure we’re on the same page. This avoids unnecessary confusion and makes the whole RP scene in Los Santos much better for everyone.

4. Departments:

  • S.W.A.T.: This is our tactical side. They handle the heavy stuff—hostage situations, store robberies, and Ghetto patrols. It’s for the officers who are ready for high-risk operations.
  • Human Resources (HR): The face of the LSPD. Their job is to find the right people to join us and mentor the new trainees so they don't feel lost when they start.
  • Internal Affairs (IA): This department keeps everything in check. They make sure everyone is following the rules and behaving professionally, so we don't lose the trust of the city.
  • Traffic Enforcement (TEU): They keep the roads safe. From DUI checkpoints to handling accidents and reckless drivers, they make sure the streets aren't a total mess.
