3. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans:
I have good experience playing in LEO's for prestigious orgs like FIB SAHP and after earning my way to chief of staff and helping deputies and org leaders to manage not only my department but also making sure the professional code is maintained through out the org and keeping a track that we achieve daily numbers and i feel that's the biggest issue we all have leadership skills but the discipline and being consistent is what most of the organization lacks. As i have served good time being in leo im well aware of all the rules and would be making sure all the new comers to the org are given the right training not just for following the rules but also maintaining the logs, I have kept the city safe and even the outskirts of the city secured as a unit and now i have good enough experience to lead and serve the state and i feel this experience mix of this two orgs will give me an edge to lead LSPD as an example.
