Hello dear admin,
First of all let me say the reason why there is a rulebreak G.R 3.1.
They were all from Pasa and they know how am I looking at OOC. The suspect ID harrashed my ears because it was looking like excavator. Excavator means in Turkish "Kepçe" which can consider in 3.1. Here is his friend got punishment before because of that. Thanks for reviewing. Have a wonderful day.

Hello dear admin, While I was patrolling in the city, this suspect came near to me and insulted me because of my ears in OOC. He said "Kepçe" to my ears. I want Turkish admin to review this forum. If admin request from me longer POV, I am ready to send before and after POV.
