I just started playing the game, and after seeing the purple “x2 Grand Coin” text in the top-right corner, I purchased some Grand Coins. However, the Grand Coins aren’t showing up in my account. I messaged the in-game support team about this issue, and they directed me to you. What should I do?
I’m sharing the transaction receipt below. Thank you.
