Why do you want to be the Leader of this organization?

1. Long-Term Dedication & Loyalty

I have been playing on this RP project since 2022, and I truly love the environment and the community. The organization I connected with the most is the National Guard.

I joined NG during Spike’s term, and since that day, I’ve loved working here. I received many offers from other organizations, but I always refused them because I consider NG my family. If I join a term, I stay committed until the end — I don’t betray my organization.


2. Experience & Determination

Throughout multiple terms in NG, I have gained significant experience and grown into a skilled soldier. I have served as:

  • Head of all departments
  • Commander of Human Resources
  • Commander of Military Police
I have applied for General multiple times and faced rejection three times. However, instead of getting demotivated, it pushed me to improve further.

No matter the result, I will continue applying and improving. This persistence shows my dedication and determination to lead.


3. Vision to Change NG’s Reputation

Many people underestimate the National Guard and make jokes like “NG is just NPCs” or “they only guard gates.”

I want to prove them wrong. With the right leadership, organization, and active units, NG can become one of the strongest and most respected organizations.

As General, I will work with my deputies and units to transform NG into a powerful and respected force.


Advice for Improving RolePlay in the Organization

1. Strong Training System

I will ensure all soldiers understand rules and proper RP behavior through structured training.

  • HRT (Human Resources & Training) will conduct regular training sessions
  • Soldiers will be tested to ensure rule knowledge
  • Only qualified and trusted members will be assigned to HRT
This will improve discipline and overall RP quality.


2. Increasing Activity & Engagement

I will increase interaction between NG and civilians:

  • PR will organize daily events to build trust with citizens
  • HR will conduct at least 2 open recruitments daily
  • Soldiers will be trained to use proper radio codes to enhance realism
This will improve both RP quality and organization growth.
