On reviewing the administrators POV of the situation, the admin mistakenly responded with capslock on and immediately send you a second message with capslock off, showing it was clearly not intended. If you again will make a post like this that tries to deceive higher up administration or tries to frame an administrator in a bad light, it may lead to punishment.
We take reports/accusations against Administrators VERY seriously and such tries of deceiving fully break the integrity of such reports. I do not want to see this again in the future. The Administrator however will make sure that in the future his capslock is turned off.
That your car is stalled is fully an IC-Issue which Administration will not help with as they should not get involved into the RP Situation. Call a Taxi or a Friend of yours to pick you up.
