Additional Information
1. Leader of SANG ( San Andreas National Guard)
2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
2.1 Expertise & Track Record
I have spent over a year in State Service and have worked in almost every major legal entity, including the FIB, GOV, LSPD, SANG, SAHP, and EMS. My time as High Command in these organizations has given me a deep understanding of the city's legal system and server rules. I am not just a participant; I am a veteran ready to guide others and make SANG the top organization in the state.
2.2 Strategic Vision & Personnel Management
True leadership is more than just giving orders. It involves creating a culture of excellence. My goal is to reorganize the National Guard by introducing strict base security measures and ongoing training. I lead with integrity, transparency, and fairness, making sure that every soldier—from Recruit to General—is accountable for their actions and rewarded for their hard work.
2.3 Teamwork & Crime Prevention
A disjointed state is a weak state. I aim to create a unified, disciplined team that functions as one cohesive unit. Under my leadership, SANG will focus on collaboration with other agencies. By working closely with the LSPD and FIB, we will use our military resources to fight criminal groups and make sure Fort Zancudo remains a secure stronghold for law and order.
3. Advice for Improving Roleplay (RP) within the Organization
Create a "Lead by Example" Culture: The quality of RP starts with leaders. High Command must use real military terms, follow proper radio procedures, and respect the chain of command. By prioritizing RP interactions, we ensure that every encounter feels immersive instead of mechanical.
Standardized Training: We will stop using the "learn as you go" method. I will set up a Human Resources team to manage a required certification process. New recruits will participate in drills focused on gate protocols, tactical formations, basic hostage negotiation, and constitutional rights so they can represent the State professionally.
Departmental Specialization: To boost engagement, I will improve the departmental structure:
- Air Force: Focused on aerial reconnaissance, intelligence collection, and quick-response transport.
- Black Ops: Our elite tactical unit for FZ Raids, store robberies, and high-risk hostage situations.
- Human Resources: The backbone of the organization, handling continuous recruitment and maintaining high standards of soldier competency.
- Military Police: The internal guardians, responsible for base patrols, background checks, auditing logs, and ensuring internal discipline.
