2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?(List three reasons with explanation)

1. I want to become the leader of LSPD because I have spent a long time within law enforcement organizations, holding high-command positions across multiple organization. In every organization, I have taken on high-command responsibilities and successfully managed complex situations with a steady hand, ensuring that operations ran smoothly and effectively. I have never faltered in these duties, and because I have seen how the city has evolved, with new, inexperienced individuals taking commands without the proper guidance, I feel a responsibility to bring positive change. Too often, I have seen authority misused, with officers resorting to unjust actions—arresting citizens simply out of anger or frustration. This is something I strongly dislike, and I have been deeply disappointed by it. For this reason, I want to lead this organization, so I can create a clean, transparent atmosphere where the focus is on respect, professionalism, and proper conduct.

2. I will ensure that no favoritism or toxic behavior is tolerated. I will prioritize bringing in individuals who have both skill and a positive attitude, ensuring that every officer is trained not just to be active, but also to engage with citizens in a respectful, professional manner. My aim is not just activity—it's about creating a force that is respected, where every interaction sets a standard.

3.My aim is to create a safe, respectful environment where citizens feel heard and protected. At the same time, I will build strong relationships with other organizations, so that we collaborate effectively and avoid any conflicts. By fostering these positive relationships, I believe we can create a united, strong community, where trust and cooperation are at the core. I will also ensure that in this department, I hire and promote individuals who have a genuine desire to help others, so that we all work together to build a better, safer city.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1.
I will focus on hiring only those who have strong interpersonal skills—people who are calm, polite, and able to build a good rapport with the community.
2. I will ensure that no favoritism is involved—promotion will be based purely on performance, not on personal bias. Those who work hard will earn their rank; those who do not will be demoted or let go.
3. There will be regular promotion ceremonies, where I will personally oversee the progress and ensure that recognition is given to those who deserve it.
4. Every one or two weeks, depending on the schedule, we will implement a prize pool, rewarding those who show outstanding attitude, discipline, and activity, so that everyone stays motivated and engaged.
