Hello. My account was stolen before the ban. I had already created a support ticket about my account being stolen. When I recovered the account today, I saw that it was banned for Cheats DC/PC Check.
At the time of the ban (22.03.2026), the account was not in my control. I believe the person who stole my account used cheats and caused the ban.
Please check the IP logs and my previous support ticket. You will see that the login IP during the ban is different from my usual IP.
