2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 - I have been an active player in rp servers for a long time i know how to approach in game situations strategicly stay calm in crisis moments and lead a team effective i want to use this experince to bring vagos the best gang in the ghetto ghetto clapping is the most important thing for increasing activity of organization because people want to join the term which claps them and thats why i have been an active gang in ghetto
2 - Ill set up in character training events or mock missions these not only build team synergy but also help members react better in high pressure rp scenarios i believe i have the qualities needed to be an effective leader for vagos im confident in my ability to lead with a balance of friendliness and firmness making sure members feel supported especially in high pressure situations where staying calm is important
3 -i have been hc of gangs many times and i have a lot of experince being hc and i want to make a great term and bring vagos back in the ghetto and join every single event i saw a lot of bad term things like favoritism bad rank system etc i will be leader of a flawless gang
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 - Its important to stay committed to rules and discipline to improve the quality of rp rules help maintain order in the team and create better interactions with other players in the city also leaders must be fair in every situation
2 - When i first joined gangs no one helped me i learned everything by my self and i want to teach new players how to do everything and improve their skill level in gangs in this amazing project and in my gang no hc can be mad everyone needs to help each other and we need to stop favoritism
3 - Ill focus on building a strong friendly and smart organization where everyone has the chance to learn and improve i plan to add more rp events like fz raids and gun store takeovers and make sure all members join properly and avoid actions that can cause problems
