I would like to appeal the permanent ban applied to my account on your server.
I am a new player on the server. On the day of the incident, I joined in the morning, opened a market, and listed a few items for sale. At that time, I was not fully focused on the game, as I had a movie playing in the background. About 15 minutes later, I was suddenly banned without receiving any warning or being contacted by a staff member.
The reason given for the ban was “scamming.” However, I did not scam anyone and I had absolutely no intention of doing so. I believed that the way I priced my items was within the server rules. I read the rules carefully and did not see any clear statement that setting high prices would be considered scamming.
Additionally, I think applying a permanent ban without any prior warning is quite harsh, especially for a new player. If I made a mistake, it was unintentional and due to lack of experience, not malicious intent.
I genuinely wanted to spend time on this server and progress in the game. Receiving such a punishment on my first mistake is very discouraging.
I kindly ask you to review my case again and, if possible, lift the ban or reduce it to a lighter punishment.
