I am writing this appeal regarding my ban for GR 4.1.
At the time, I was using a redux which included a modified health and armor bar. I understand now that this is considered illegal. However, I genuinely did not know that this specific feature was not allowed.
I never intended to gain any unfair advantage over other players and I did not knowingly benefit from it. As soon as the administrator explained the issue to me, I removed the redux immediately.
I fully take responsibility for my mistake and I respect the server rules. This was an honest mistake, and it will not happen again.
I kindly ask if my punishment could be reconsidered or reduced, as I had no bad intentions and acted immediately to fix the issue.
