Dear admin,
I would like to appeal the punishment I received, as I do not agree with the decision.
From the provided evidence it is not clearly visible or proven that no demands were given. The video appears to be incomplete and does not show the full situation from the beginning of the caravan raid.
Because of this it is not possible to fairly determine whether demands were given or not. According to the rules their should be a proper evaluation based on complete and clear evidence which in this case is missing in my opinion.
I would kindly request that the full POV of the entire caravan raid be reviewed, starting from the moment the situation began. This would allow for a fair and objective judgment of whether demands were issued.
