Hello,

I am writing regarding my recent ban on the Grand RP TR 2 server.

I would like to formally state that I have invested a significant amount of money into this game, with the expectation of being able to access and enjoy the service without unjustified interruptions. However, I have been repeatedly subjected to bans and in-game jail penalties without clear or properly stated reasons.

Most recently, I served a 7-day ban in full, and immediately after its expiration, I have been banned again. Additionally, the system does not display any valid reason for this action, which raises serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of the moderation process.

This ongoing situation is unacceptable. If this matter is not reviewed and resolved promptly, including either the removal of the unjust ban or a clear and justified explanation, I will be forced to take further action. This may include filing formal complaints and pursuing a refund for the money I have spent, as I am currently unable to use the service I have paid for.

I expect this issue to be handled seriously and resolved as soon as possible
