2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

There are a number of factors that motivate and inspire me to lead Lspd, especially given the number of terms I have served in different organisations. The main reason why I am motivated and inspired to lead Lspd is because of the experience I have in this organisation and in this field. I am aware of what works and what does not work

Since I joined Lspd there have been many leaders that led the department. Some were great and some could do with improvements. My purpose is not to put down my predecessors but rather to gain from their experiences. The give me an opportunity to build an steady leadership team. I also want to ensure my team members communicate well. They need to have a friendly attitude. Like each other. This way the chances of having any misunderstandings will be reduced. When it comes to making decisions I want to make sure that they are good and fair decision. This will help in bonding with my officers. The best IA team will have to be involved with all of this to. That will help in best decision making and ensuring everyone understands the same information and be under org rules. My goal is to have a team that sticks together. The IA team will be critical and will have no disturbance in their doing.

During my experience in the Lspd, I have been able to gain in-depth knowledge about the way in which each one of these departments in the organization works and relies on other departments to function in an efficient manner. This includes their patrol, command, and Human Resources and Training Department. As I understand the way in which this organization works, I will be able to utilize this knowledge to maximize these contributions if I were to be placed in charge in the future.



3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Hrt will always assist every citizen and help them to join organization and they will also assist every player guiding them to learn rules. Practical lesson will be taught to newbies so that they can know how to do roleplay as a perfect cop. IA will keep organization under strict rules. Flexibility won't be a option for officers for disobeying org rules. Internal Affairs will be reviewing all members of the organization for any signs of corruption and inactivity. SWAT HC will be giving training sessions for all the police officers to enhance and sharpen officers shooting skills. There will be a zero-tolerance level for toxicity, even if it is meant as a joke, in order to create a professional atmosphere. To create a positive relationship with other agencies, we will work with NG, EMS, LI, SAHP, and FIB cooping with their domains. The best bonuses and promotions in the organization will be offered, based on each member’s behavior and performance. The Chain of Command will be followed and maintained by me. Traffic Enforcement will have the highest towing witin the history. PR team will be creative and efficient with their ideas to have a wonderful relationship with citizens.
