as i m involved in this i will say one thing from 8 sec to 5 sec you minimize the time we negotiate for, i wish you guys did a 5 sec instead leos shoot right away after 4 sec its useless to make a robbery and negotiate as the outcome is dead and jail you don't respect the negotiations terms also you have more power than a gangster i feel i m the one to blame because if you give me the time i would have stopped and didn't give the go to everyone to move ... next time we will shot the hostage and do that heavy10-10,
we followed ER 1.16 that give us the right for a free passage and you guys agreed on 8 sec.

as a example on my case i cant hurt a hostage if he complies with my demands.

also you are running on the middle of the street while we are moving away from the Gun store keep in mind your hc is informing you that we are exiting the store on the radio as you can hear it on your pov you need to be professional as you are a state officer citizens safety before everything else but check for your safety first.

This is my povs for the hostage release and the negotiations, we get in cars the officer start counting from 5 sec i don't see anyone respecting 5 sec even though we agreed 8 sec + spikes + engine blocker while the main thing to do is to secure the hostage safety first.

i agree 218059 must be punished for CL and i don't support any Rules breakers unless he has a proof of code A but this is must be checked.
