First of all this area is not considered a green zone during this event Despite there being more than 20 gang members nearby you targeted the man with the rifle and endangered your own life. You then attempted to handcuff the man with a gun. You committed unsuccessful FearRP, Fail RP and PG content you are an officer who doesnt know the rules.
